We are not a factory. We are a small group of artists creating wearable goods from the soul.
Each item is created upon order. All items available are handcrafted especially for you.

What is your Jewelry Made of?
We use only premium Hama beads for our jewelry They are small plastic beads than are fused together upon heating imported from Europe.
We also use various other materials as add-ons : rhinestones, glitter, epoxy resin, pony beads, shrink film, and almost anything else you can think of to be made into jewelry (trust us the options are limitless)
Chains are usually gold or silver nickle plated, however real sterling silver and gold chains are available upon request.
How do custom orders work?
First you send us your image or design of what you would like to be made into a necklace,pin,hairclip etc. We then create your image and email you a photo of the finished result so you can make adjustments or approve of the design. Once the design is approved you will be sent and invoice, and item will be shipped once the invoice has been payed.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Typically 3-6 weeks depending on size and complexity.
At times you may be put on a waiting list due to high volume of custom orders, however they are usually no more than 3-6 weeks.
It is possible to rush order a custom piece at double the price. These orders can be created in 3-5 business days depending on size and complexity.
Can you custom create anything?
We are quite proficient in matching the customers ideal design. Please be very specific in sizing and color choice when ordering so that we are able to match your ideal vision for your custom piece.
How do you accept Payments?
We currently accept all payments through PayPal
We do not store or have access to any of the customers payment information
We are only supplied with your address for shipping purposes
Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?
Since all custom orders are made upon request we do not offer refunds. In the rare case that your item comes in the mail damaged we will remake or replace your item with something of equal value +ship free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
We use USPS priority mail. All US orders take typically 2-3 business days for arrival. International orders to most countries are 6 - 10 business days once the piece has been completed.
Overnight and rush delivery is availble upon request
Fedex + UPS are also available
